Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with AeroCleaner. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items according to the terms below.
Return Period
Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received;
- Be returned in its original packaging;
- Include all accessories, manuals, and included items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized products;
- Gift cards or clearance items;
- Opened or used items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us and provide:
- Your order number;
- The item you wish to return;
- The reason for the return.
Return instructions will be provided once your request is reviewed.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by AeroCleaner.
